Integrating Jotforms with DocuSign

    Hi there, 


    1. I've built a simple form to test Jotforms and DocuSign integration. However, when I try to sign the form via the DocuSign widget, I get the following error:

    Something's Wrong.
    Please click here to try again.
     
    Please advise!
     
    2. My hope is to create online forms via Jotforms, and then have them move through a DocuSign sequential routing workflow to collect the needed approvals/signatures. Is this possible, or does the Jotforms DocuSign widget only allow for a single signature?

    I checked the form and the widget is not yet authenticated. Could you please connect the DocuSign to your form?
