The only way to receive email notifications for incomplete form submissions is when you have Incomplete Payments in the form. If you have a payment field in your form, then you can use the following user guide to assist you in receiving emails when a payment is incomplete: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email

However, if you do not have a payment field in your form but still want to know when a respondent does not complete the form, you can enable the 'Continue Forms Later' feature and then check your submissions page for Incomplete Submissions. Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms.

When the user saves the form for later, your submissions page will display incomplete submissions like so:
