Issues with the conditions and setting up conditional dates

    We have an account with you under AGNmarketing and would like to speak to someone about the conditions we added to the forms for sending at certain times and forwarding the forms to certain emails. Please contact me at 510-893-4900 ext 32 Shayla Ford

    We have condirions to only send quotes forms to certian emails at certain times (Ex 6am-6pm), after that they should be directed to our main email server which is not happening. The conditions added for "change email recipient" don't work as programed.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I just did a test submission on a copy of your form and it appears as though the condition logic is working as I did receive the notification email on the assigned email address at the assigned time. ( I changed the time to receive to 5 minutes after I did my test submission)

    I've cleared your form cache on our server, would you mind giving it try?

    Hi thank you for your response! I test it out and it does seem to work, however, we are getting reports from some of our stores that they are not receiving all submissions from the specified times. What I mean is, I can see the forms that have been submitted in Jotforms inbox, when I contact our stores, we find out that a lot of the submissions aren't reaching their inboxes, some are but not all. I hope I am making sense.

    Also, when using the "time" element to make this condition work, does the Time Zone matter? Our Corporate office time zone is Los Angeles (in our jotform account settings) but our stores are located all over the country. When setting the condition, What time zone does the time element follow? For example, I only want our North Carolina store to get submissions from 6am - 6pm, but they are 3 hours ahead of us, so I was setting the condition, based on our time zone, to After 03:00 and Before 15:00.

    I have checked the 2 email recipients you have set up and neither one of them have any deliverability issues nor list on our bounce email.

    Please see the following guide for a possible reason why you are not receiving the email notification.

    You can try to white list our domains and IPs if you have not received notifications after doing the solution mentioned in the guide above.

    egarding the time settings/timezone, it depends on the time zone setup on your account, so the time you set up on the conditional logic is based on your timezone.

    You can change timezone on your account settings. Inside of this guide you can find how to change the Timezone and Time format on your account.
