Theme Designer page is frozen

    When I click to go to the Theme Designer page, it is frozen:

    I've tried other forms and it's doing the same thing. Even tried logging out and back in to Jotform and it's still freezing.

    Also, why is it when I make a change to the form, I have to go into Theme Designer and reset the background image to not tile?

    Sorry about that. This problem is now fixed. Please try it again. You may need to clear your browser's cache if the problem still persist on your end.

    It's working now.

    My other question wasn't answered though. Whenever we make a change to one of the form fields, etc. the background image will start to tile when it shouldn't be. So, we have to go back in to the Advanced Designer and save the settings again. Why does that happen?

    It seems by default, the images are set to tiled however once you have changed it on the advanced designer, it will set to your preferred settings.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still persists.
