For some reason, it is not forwarding the completed forms to my email address?

I have checked your form and found the Sender Email is not setup to firstname.lastname@example.org as it has to be. That might be the cause of your issue, as that is a very important detail.
You can find the steps to change it HERE. So change it and test your form.

I'm suddenly not receiving emails today when before I had no problem. My sender email was always set to the email address of the person filling out the form and I had no problem before. Why suddenly must we change to the noreply address?
