Can form submissions be received in a .csv file?

When forms are submitted, is it possible to have them come in to us in a .csv file format so we can import them into our CRM platform?  We also have a use case that requires that forms are received in a .pdf format, is that possible?

Unfortunately, you can't attach CSV in the email notification. However, you can create a CSV report and download the updated submissions at any time.

If you want to attach a PDF document (a copy of submissions as PDF) in your email notification then that's possible.
