Unable to view and download the uploaded files

    On all my forms, i am able to see uploads but other email addresses are unable to open the uploads it just comes up with a jotform error website page advising this page is unavailable. i have changed the forms to send uploads as attachments but this has still not fixed the problem.

    Please could you advise as my clients require the ability to download the uploads.

    Hello Fraser - If you mean you weren't able to view the uploaded files when you clicked the link in the email, this is because your account's PRIVACY setting is ENABLEDIt means that the attachments can only be viewed if you are logged on to the account, otherwise, it will return a 404 error.

    Please try disabling it by going to the account's settings and uncheck the following options:
