There is a delay in receiving the email

    Dear :


    I have a form which go though the Paypal, I selelct the reply " right the way"

    but still need more than 1 day to get the autoresponder mail to the custom. 

    It any thing I can do ?

    Could you please delete the Autoresponder email and configure a new one to see if you are still getting a delay in receiving the email?

    May we know the form in question? Can we test your form?

    Yes, I did configure a new one for three language, and the if ..... is working, just very later.

    I have another from everything is the same, but without PayPal, that one' s Autorespnder email is right the way.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the update. I tested your form, but did not receive the autoresponder. It seems that your payment submission has reached its limit on your account and probably that is why there is an issue.

    The limit for Free accounts is 10 and now it has reached 11. You would need to upgrade the account to increase the limits.
