I cannot reset my password

    I will be honest, your program has become a huge pain. Please help me.

    Hello Zak - Apologies for the inconvenience. May we know what email address are you using when you tried to request the password reset link?

    Note that you cannot use any other emails when requesting it. You can only use the email associated with the account when resetting the password which is this: th***********f@g***l.com

    This to ensure that only the form owner can access the account and make modifications to it.
