Multiple submissions: The user is getting the submissions multiple times

    Hi, We have created our first form and it’s really great, however I’m finding some submissions are coming through multiple times? The person filling the form only submitted once but it seems to come through two, three or four times over the day. As an example Sally submitted her form at 8am which is received at 8am and again at 1pm and 3pm. Is this a glitch in the system? Or something in my settings?

    Thank you for contacting us. Could you please confirm if this is the form in question? If it is, can we try doing a real submission in your form? Also, if the form is embedded in a web page, please share the URL of the page where it is embedded.

    Meanwhile, you can enable one of the Unique Submissions feature to prevent duplicates:

    Hi yes this is the form.
    It’s not embedded in a website we send the link to our clients to complete via text.
    I’ll try to change the settings thanks

    I think duplicate submissions were triggered when the form was filled out using a mobile app browser and if the thank-you page was reloaded. If this is the same case with your form, I suggest disabling "Allow Auto Browser AutoComplete" in your form settings.

    Hi
    I’m still receiving duplicate forms.
    I think I’ve set the settings correctly as advised.

    You may also add the Captcha widget on your form so even if the Thankyou page gets reloaded in the mobile browsers then it will prevent the submission of the form.
