Yes you can set up as many email notifications or autoresponses as you need. If you want the person that submitted the form to recieve a copy, just do the following.
1. Open the form in the form builder and click "Email Alerts".
2. Click "Add New Email" from the drop down. Then select "Autoresponder Email".
The email wizard will open as normal but the email type will be an automatic response that gets sent to the person who submits the form. Note that you need to collect an email address in your form for this to work. Select the email field on the bottom right where it say "Recipient E-mail".
