I created a form and it took me hours to do. However, it saved as I was updating and finished, it was asking me to created an account. I already have one.
Anyway, I realized now, that my form was created in a ' guest' form. I guess my login must have timed out and I did not prompt me to log in. I need to get this form active in my account/folder.

How can I get this form into my folder? It took me so long to do and I can't re-create it.
