how can I view who I have sent my form to via email?

If you have sent the form via email from within JotForm Form builder as explained in this guide How-to-Send-a-Form-via-Email, then there is no "outbox" to show the sent emails.

If you want to check the sent emails, then you can get the form URL, and send the form via your email address Compose field. Then you can check the Sent emails.
