Does jotform have forms that work with responsive layouts for different size devices (screen size)?

By default all the forms layout will automatically adjust whenever you load them to any size of a device you are using. However, you can always modify them so that it will fit/adjust to how exactly you want it to be.

Our form has built in CSS for mobile views, it automatically renders in a very nice format when viewed in mobile so it is easy to fill and readable.
However if you'd like to customize it further, you can inject custom CSS codes to your form sing @media queries to further improved the display depending on the deviced width. To inject custom CSS codes, check this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form
Here are samples of media queries for standard devices. http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
