Email Notifications not being received

    Hi there, I like your service and so just upgraded to Premium.  However, earlier today (before I did that) I noticed my form (which has been sending me Email Notifications in the past) stopped sending me Email Notifications.  The URL is here:  and I would like an email alert to go to each time the form is submitted.  I know that I had 2 submissions today, because they were successfully taken to PayPal and I got Paypal notifications... but as recently as June 30th I had also been getting an email alert from JotForm and now I am not.  I have doublechecked the address in the alert, and was able to send a "Test Email" but I don't know why the actual emails didn't come through.  I checked my spam folder and they are not there either.  Please help -- thank you!

    I have checked your form and found the Sender Email is not setup to as it has to be.


    Please change that and the issue will get solved, please find the steps to change that HERE in EliezerN's answer.
