Email Notifications not being received

    Hi there, I like your service and so just upgraded to Premium.  However, earlier today (before I did that) I noticed my form (which has been sending me Email Notifications in the past) stopped sending me Email Notifications.  The URL is here: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31667970192159  and I would like an email alert to go to tickets@riverstagetheatre.org each time the form is submitted.  I know that I had 2 submissions today, because they were successfully taken to PayPal and I got Paypal notifications... but as recently as June 30th I had also been getting an email alert from JotForm and now I am not.  I have doublechecked the address in the alert, and was able to send a "Test Email" but I don't know why the actual emails didn't come through.  I checked my spam folder and they are not there either.  Please help -- thank you!

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and found the Sender Email is not setup to noreply@jotform.com as it has to be.

     

    Please change that and the issue will get solved, please find the steps to change that HERE in EliezerN's answer.

    I will also recommend you to check the next guide, which will help you to prevent this kind of issues: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.
