Jotform is not working on Samsung tablet

    Morning, I have tested with updated browsers in both Chrome & Samsung Internet neither work when you get passed login screen. 

    The jotform digital form app seems to work for everything else once you login, but you cant view or edit a form as you get the previous blank page

    The download option also still doesnt work (I have reset the device, updated both tablet and apps) 

    Is there anything that can be done on this? If not can you give me an idea of what 12" samsung tablets are compatible? - The same tablet works fine for many other apps we use including other digital form apps similar to jotform?

    We're sorry to hear about this inconvenience.

    I have checked your previous ticket, and you said that all pictures are corrupted. Can you please share the screenshot regarding the problem with us? If the image is too large for upload, please try to make it smaller. You can use online free tools for this as the following one:

    Can you please let us know if the download option is not working for all forms, or only for some? If the problem is for some forms, can you please share the form URL so we can test it?

    Good Afternoon, 

    To be honest I've actually found a replacement from the same company and it will be a few day turn around. 

    Can you confirm the below is compatible? 

    Samsung Galaxy TabPro S SM-W708 - Win 10 pro

    Thank you for your reply.

    You should have not any problem with using the Jotform app on any Android device or any modern browser line Chrom, Firefox, Edge, or other.

    Please note that we do not have a Windows application. To use Jotform on Windows, you need to use a browser.
