you can go online and ill out the form but it is not sending any notifications. Plus when you try to look at submissions, there is none showing.

additional information: all my submissions are missing from my multiple forms.

Hi, we're very sorry about the problem this has caused you and several other members. We experienced a slight problem with our Notification System as of earlier today and are developers are working to get it fixed asap for everyone. So for now it is recommended that you use the default email@example.com with the reply-to setting under it set as your email until it's resolved.
