Account space limt not restored after removing files

it is saying my Quota is reached, ive deleted my photo upload but people still access my form

I have checked the history of your form, and it looks like you have removed the upload button on your form. Please note that this did not actually remove the files, it only removed the links from the submissions. We are able to remove the files for you, however, it is not possible to revert this action.

We would recommend you restore the field, and delete submissions from the Inbox or Submissions page. You can click here to see how to restore the field from the revision history.

Hi, ive downloaded my submissions to excel, it is still saying Over quota after deleting them after reinstating the upload.
