JotForm unavailable in China

I am located in China and time and time again I get complaints from people using our forms that they are unable to access. I have seen other posts and I have tried checking https://viewdns.info/chinesefirewall/. Despite all the green checkmarks, I cannot access them when on a non-VPN internet connection.

People are given direct links, no embedding or other delivery methods. In the video I try to connect through a non-vpn (China) connection without success, then I switch to a VPN connection (HK) and there's no issues.

Your custom form URLs are forbidden in Mainland China. Unfortunately, we can't do much about it as it is a geographical restriction:

What I can suggest is to try accessing the forms using the "www" domain of the form URL instead of the custom URL that you set in the PUBLISH section. Here's an example:

Please let your users in China try that and see if they will be able to access your form. 

It's not about the custom URL. I can't even load www.jotform.com!
