A bit confused, is this only for order forms which do online payments? I have a form that does not accept payments using the purchase order widget, and i cannot seem to find the column option under payment settings, it only seems to work on your bagel sample form if i have PayPal configured. Is there a way to have this without any payment options?

This new Card feature available on all payment fields including the Purchase order payment field.
It's strange, as in your form, the Purchase order widget is not showing this card view on the Settings option inside the payment settings. It is requiring to add a payment integration on the payment field:
Let me check further and revert.

To clarify, this option will not be visible for existing forms in your account.
For now, only new forms will see this option to view products in card layout.
To test, create a new form in your account with the Purchase order payment field and some sample products. You will be able to view the Product layout:
I hope this helps.

Can I make a new form and keep all of my products for the test? I can’t really make a whole new form, I have a store that people constantly purchase from and have the website access. Is there a way they will add it to old pages as well? Thank you

You can create a new form and copy fields from the old form to the new form using our Field Manager app -https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/
I made a sample form, still doesn’t allow that option.
Yes, I can see that you have used a Card form layout for the new form. I tested this and it seems that the new card view for products is not available yet for card forms. You will need to change the form layout to Classic
I have changed the form layout of your form and can see the product list layout in the payment settings.
Do review and let us know if you have any further questions.

Okay i clicked the link you gave me, but none of my products transferred, but i do see the new option now. Is there any way you could transfer my products over to the new form?

Greetings and thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the products from one form to another.
The only way is to clone the existing form, and then to convert it from Classic to Card layout. You can click here to see how to clone the form.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I don’t need card layout, classic is fine but if I clone the page I won’t have access the new column options which the thread is about.

Based on my test the Product Layout List is available only for the new form forms that are created from scratch. If you would like we can check with our developers if they can enable the Product Layout List for your existing form.

That would be very useful, because to add all my products again to the new form I’m making will take days. How long would it take to see if they confirm if they can do it or not?

Hi @fruitsexpressltd!
I can see that you have cloned your form and are using the Purchase Order Integration. I can also see that Product List is available on your form, but it is grayed out. This happens because JotForm only supports one order integration per form.
You can do the following to save and transfer all of your products automatically to the Product List field:
1. Delete the Purchase Order Integration (this will make Product List available).
2. Click on +Add Form Element and add the Product List to your form.
3. All of your products will automatically appear.
Here is the screencast:

Also, every time I preview my form now, it’s showing me 2 purchase lists, when I only have 1. Any reason why this is happening? I also received a really odd invoice when I did a sample order.

Just to confirm, are you still having problems with displaying the products in card view layout? I checked your new form and can see that products are already in card view.
If these were manually added and you're still looking for a way to have the layout and keep your products, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Clone your form (to ensure your customers still have a workable form while you're still testing this out)
2. On your cloned form, change the Theme to Upcoming.
3. Wait for the system to apply the changes and reload the page
4. You should then be able to see the card view options on your product list.
If you find this works on your end as it did for me, you may apply steps 2-4 on your current form: https://www.jotform.com/form/201137772418252
