Why the form has no option to submit?

    I created a form and emailed it to test it. When you finish the form, the only option is the back button...the form won't finish and submit. Please advise.

    As we check your last edited form, it seems to be having the Submit button and should be working fine. If you are referring to a different form in your account, please provide us with the form ID/URL so that we can check and assist you further.

    On a side note, we have noticed the form Credit card authorization form is collecting credit card details on plain text fields. We are sorry to let you know that it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.  

    We request you to remove this form immediately from your account to avoid any suspensions of the account.
