Suddenly today no email notifications of form data. I only know forms are being filled in because I receive notification from the iPhone app. I see the form data on the submission list online. Seems others are having the same problem today... PLEASE FIX!!

Hi Leo, yes that is correct. We experienced a small problem with our Notification System as of earlier today so we do deeply apologize about this. Our developers have already been notified and are working to fix it for everyone as quickly as possible. So for now, until then, it is recommended that you please use the default email@example.com with the email set as the reply-to setting under that.

It wasnt working July 1st or Today
Please use firstname.lastname@example.org as the sender's email address for now. Here's how:
1. While on your form, Click Setup & Embed then Email Alerts
2. Open Notification, then click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings
3. Change the Sender E-mail to email@example.com and Reply-to Email to your E-mail field, just like this:
I have now changed your sender's email to firstname.lastname@example.org as per mentioned on your other thread. I would suggest to make a test on your end.
This is a HUGE problem for us!!! We are a site reuniting lost and found dogs and July 5th is our busiest day of the year. You have made a TOTAL DISASTER for us.
How do we fix this? Noreply? What does that have to do with anything. . .

OK, I change the return address to NOREPLY. Don't know what that is going to screw up . . . We sure pay a lot for a company that seems to give us major problems every 3 months. (Just google my name to see what you have messed up and never an offer of a refund.)
We need you to regenerate the letters that should have been reproduced today and send them. Also why did this happen to two forms and not one?
Yes, HUGE PROBLEM. And it's really not acceptable for most to have "jotform" as the return address.
There are just more and more and more problems here. What's the REAL story?
To those complaining about the noreply return it's not really that big a deal. CHange the "sender email" to the noreply but then make the "reply-to email" the email address you used before (either your own or the form senders email). Then when you get the emailed form and you click on REPLY the "reply to" email will be used. It's not that much of a disaster until they fix whatever went wrong.
Also, you're not missing any submissions, go to MY FORMS, click on the form and click MORE, scroll down to SUBMISSIONS and there they are. You can then email the form to yourself if need be.
Oh, SO not a big deal. Silly us, brought down on our busiest day of the
year by a service we paid hundreds of dollars to. We are a volunteer
service creating flyers for lost and found dogs so families can get flyers
up in the golden 24 hour period. Yes we missed that yesterday! (Thank you

I do not know how to regenerated the e-mails I need. We stopped getting LOST email with #2292 It is not a simple matter of resending the dozens and dozens of e-mails we never received. We format the data into a paragraph that we put with out flyers to help people looking for their dogs. How do I generate the formatted response we are sent? (I do not need a copy of the data submitted on our form)

Our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. We have just been informed by our higher team about the cause of this system wide issue. Our datacenter stopped access to our submissions server because we have listed in 11 different spam database. Our team are now working very hard to get this fixed as soon as possible.
By the way, I have just removed two email recipients from your form in the bounce list. They are:
This email addresses should now be working fine. The others will remain unaffected. If you still have affected email addresses, please let us know here so we can check and removed it in the bounce list.
