We aren't receiving download links for submission PDFs

    Hi. We are not receiving our notification email when a zip file is ready to download when we want to download PDF files. When I select "download as PDF" I get a notice that an email will be sent to our selected email address (mirna@farmanigroup.com) when the zip file is ready to download, but no email has been received, after several attempts.

    We have tried using different email addresses, but the notification email is not getting to us.

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    I have checked our logs, and they indicate that the message has been sent. 

    Please make sure you check Spam or Junk folders as well and make sure you do not block JotForm messages. You can also try to add JotForm email (noreply@jotform.com) to your contact lists.
