URGENT: I am not able to upgrade my plan!

    My submission number of 1000 is going to get exhausted. I'm trying to upgrade to $39 Silver plan. However it is shoeing error.

    Please assist at the earliest before the surveyees start escalating it.

    Hello @saurabh1606 - Apologies for this inconvenience. Could you please try opening an incognito tab, login to your account there, and try to upgrade?

    If you still receive the same error, please let us know so we will downgrade your account to FREE, process a pro-rated refund of your existing subscription, then you can try to re-upgrade to Silver Monthly.
