How to add inventory quantity to my form?

However, it looks like none of them works with an online order form, in
which I can set up quantities available for people to purchase and make
payments for the total amount. I don't know how to add price to the
inventory items.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use an inventory widget with the purchase order. You are able to use the form calculation widget to calculate the total price of the products, and then to use that amount for payment. You can click here to see how to charge the calculated price.
