PDF Issues: as total size is more than 5MB uploads are not attached

Good Morning.

I'm having a few issues with our PDF Attachments; For starters we are currently enrolled in the bronze package - the issues we are having is that our PDF doesn't attach to the emails that have been submitted to our recipients, it says we are exceed the 5MB limit. Can you please advise on how to correct this issue. Thanks.

The limit for email attachments has been changed from 15 MB to 5 MB. This was done to improve the reliability of the email service. If the total size of the attachment is more than 5mb then the submission’s emails will be sent without attachments.

You can still download the attached files using the links included in your email notification or from your submission page.
