    Hello,

I inserted a contact form on the website and it worked in the beginning. I found out on April 28 that I do not get email notifications anymore. The email used for notifications works, since I tested and still receive regular email as normal. I tried to do several tests email from the "email alerts" on the edit page, but I do not receive anything either. I try forwarding the form and still nothing.

On a side note. This could be caused by the the web aplication I am using (Iweb) or the browser itself. The bottom part of the form does not get displayed when published. Therefore the submit button gets covered. I inserted a box at the bottom of the form so it can push the submit botton upwards. Mozila, Safari and Explorer seem to have the same issue, However, Crome browser seems to display it properly.

Thank you for your assistance and the service you provide!

    Hi there,

I have just cloned your form and modified the recipient to my own email address.  it submits fine and I recieved the notification.  So the form itself is ok.  Can you try submitting the form directly?  ie instead of doing it via your site, try submitting here and seeing if you get the notification:

I suspect that it will work also, and if it does then we can rule out your browser too.

How did you include the form in iWeb?  Have you seen the user guide entry for that?  It might offer some clues.

Please let us know how the submission goes.

    Thanks,
