hi are there any templates or apps specifically that would enable us to plan 30-40 contractors in our existing spreadsheet and then link or send each individual the details they need  as job instructions all in one go?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to send the link to the users in the spreadsheet at a time? If so, you may consider using Assign Forms feature that allows to send the invitation from the Publish tab by adding the email address separated by comma and uploading the email addresses in CSV.

    hi

sorry if i was clear enough

we have a planning sheet with 40-50 individual names in that we need to be able to send each of them specific data in a jotform ie the bits listed from before for them to know where the job is and then for them to be able to reply with start time and finish time etc.

the current list with that detail in is in a spreadsheet and we would like to know the best way to get that data out of the sheet into individual jotforms for each mobil worker to fill out.

we have a form for them to fill out individually and can see that all those details will come into one sheet but its how we get multiple instructions from a sheet into their jotform?

hope that is a bit better?

    Hi,

Just to make sure I got your concern correctly, you want to pull existing data from the sheet and display them on your form right? If so, you can do that using the Spreadsheet to form widget. It allows you to upload a spreadsheet to your form and use the value you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate the form.

Kindly check the article attached below to learn more about Spreadsheet to form widget.

    hi

this is looking like what i needed great, however.

does it work with spreadsheets with multiple worksheets in one workbook?

how stable is it as when looking in forum there seem to be a few people saying that it works then stops for no reasons???

we are building these forms as part of a new system which will be critical to the business and we cant use it if they are not reliable??

    Hello Bob,

The data should be added to one worksheet (not multiple worksheets) on the uploaded excel file (work book) in the Spreadsheet to Form widget. The guide shared by my colleague above, shows how to customize the excel file before upload.

This widget is stable as far as I can see. If you do come across any issues, you can let us know via this support system and we can look into it.
