    Dear JotForm support,

I have a card-style form and I would like to add a line at the bottom of all the questions saying "If you find any mistakes, please contact us at aa@bb.com"

Is it possible to do so?

I attach my test form for reference.

    Kind regards.

Hi there - Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a line or custom footer at the bottom of Card Forms.

Though, I must admit that having a piece of contact information at the bottom of Card Forms would be helpful to your users. I'm escalating it to our backend team as a Feature Request.

Kindly note, however, that we cannot give you a timeline for implementation as it would rely on our developers' workload and urgency of other requests. Rest assured you will be notified via this same ticket for any updates.

    Dear Sonnyfer,

Thanks for your answer. Even if not available now, can you suggest some sort of workaround? Is there any widget or feature persistent through all the cards I can use?

I had a very laborious one, which is to add it to all questions manually... but it is not the same and costs a lot of time.

    Thanks!

    Hello @aspirewithesa,

We do apologize for this inconvenience.

As my colleague has stated it is not currently possible to add a footer or an additional line of text to each card in your form. We do not have any widgets that can handle this either. This is why my colleague has escalated this to our backend team as a feature request.

The only possible workaround for this would be for you to manually add a Paragraph field after every question with the text that you want to display. You can also add this text as the Description section of your fields. This will have the text appear right below the Question Text.

That was the workaround I was suggesting. I hope the feature is soon implemented!

    Thanks!
