How can I edit or turn pictures that are requested as part of a form we made?

Hi, We have made a form with the Take Photo widget, but as the form is being returned with the photo attached. it is blurry and I am unable to turn photo to print (if the image is taken the wrong direction..like landscape to portrait). The photos we are requesting are copies of birth certificates for our program, so I didn't feel comfortable sharing a copy to show how it looks.

Hello Sheila! The uploaded images in the 'Take Photo' widget cannot be edited or rotated. Our app does not support such functionality. For making any kind of changes to these uploaded images, you'll need to download these to your computer and then use other apps like MS Paint, Photoshop, GIMP etc. to make the required changes.

As far as a blurry images are concerned, please note that the widget doesn't have any control over the quality of the image. It shall use the camera of the device with no zoom-in or zoom-out functionality. So, the image quality depends on the camera and on the steadiness of the users hands who is taking this picture. 'Take Photo' widget is mostly used to take selfie images.

As you're collecting documents like birth certificates on your Form, it might be a better option to rather use a file upload widget. User can take a High Definition photo of their document first and then upload the same on your Form (this is something 'Take Photo widget' does not allow).
