Account suspended and IP suspended

    Hi,

    Account was suspended again. I thought I was logging in using my gmail account.

    hisagimiwako@gmail.com    But it didn't work.  I tried just twice (username as hisagimiwako) and then suspended. 


    Also, please see the attached file.   The IP address was banned as well.

    I sent a message yesterday, but so far no response.  


    I do not understand why I keep getting this type of issue.  I was just using the Jotform for my research only and I'm not doing anything else.  No money involved.  This is the recommended platform from the Psychology software company.  That is the only reason I am using it.  

    Could you please recover my account and solve the IP issue at your earliest convenience?

    Hi Miwako,

    The forms found on your account hisagimiwako is suspicious of phishing activity and flagged as clickbait scam.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In line with this, we would like to request this information from you:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid being flagged again by our phishing detector that can lead to another account suspension.
