I did check your account and found that "Corona Responder" application is already approved. You have also upgraded your account to HIPAA compliance as well.
Please note that signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is sent to you when you complete upgrading your account to HIPAA compliance. Since you have already upgraded to HIPAA, you should have received it already.
