Hi, I thought your forms are set up in a way that some one cannot fill in fake information e.g fake email address, fake names, fake phone numbers and fake adress and be able to successfully submit the form. Can something be done about this?
Some body came to my form and the only information he put in was '0' for phone number. Nothing else on other form requirments and yet he submitted the form.
Another person filled in unrecognizable characters and yet was able to submit the form. I'm paying for this service and want to know that people cannot just come by, type in any trash and get it submitted successfully. The forms ought to be able to automatically reject anything unreadable or that doesn't make sense - like somebody typing '0' for phone number etc.

Kindly add the field from quick tool that says "Phone"
and go to it's properties and enable Input Mask.
Then Enable here the Input mask where you can restrict users to entering the data in the format you specify.
Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you for using JotForm.
