notification emails are not received

    Hi there!

    When this form is being filled out. We are not receiving them on our end. Could you please help us troubleshoot?

    I have checked your form and it seems you have multiple email recipients in your form.

    Unfortunately, this feature is only available for paid plans.

    You would have to upgrade your account to enable multiple recipients.

    Or you can add only 1 email recipient while your account is back to free.

    Pleas give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
