How can I send a form by text without the other person having the mobile app?

    Forms can be shared using the direct link, this guide will help you to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL 

    You need to also make sure your form is not set as private, you will find the option while editing this on the form builder, under the publish tab and clicking  on the settings button:

    Now, JotForm does not support to share forms via text messages, but you may copy the form URL and use your own sharing method to include the form URL.
