Is there a widget that can select a row?

I have a requirement where we need to select a row like this:

Is this possible in Jotform?

I am currently circumventing by providing a data grid followed with a input table.. but it looks very difficult to span through.. any help is most appreciated

Unfortunately, we do not have a widget that can do what you're trying to create. The best way to do that is by using the Input Table field.
