If I want to make sure someone enters a correct cell #, does SMS confirmation allow me to do that?
If so, how?
If not, how might I do that?

Hi there, @etf06883!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
If the widget you're addressing is the one shown below, then, yes, you can make sure users enter a correct phone number and confirm it via SMS.
However, please note that you have to have a Twilio account to authenticate to, as JotForm only offers the integration, but the back-end of the process is actually done by Twilio.
I hope I have been of any help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

Is the Twilio pairing successful?
Why isn't the SMS part working???

Hey there,
Thank you for writing back to us.
I've checked your form and it seems that you've already set all your fields to "Required"(mandatory). Any one filling the form must fill all the fields. A red colored * is showing in front of all required fields.
As far as the Twilio pairing is concerned then you can do a test submission on your form and check if you receive a confirmation on your phone or not.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
