When we go to print our customer order, it's not showing the product list. Like the products they ordered are not showing which makes it difficult/impossible to fill the order. I didn't know if that's something you could help with. Like for example on our "June 2020 Shipping Menu" some show the list of meals and others do not.

We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed your form using the Form Builder and I noted that the My Products (Square payment) was actually not *required or mandatory on the form.
The form can be submitted successfully without selecting items/products on the payment field.
This was the reason there were existing submission data that do not have payments on them.
I suggest you make payment *required if payment option is mandatory. This will force the users to make payments first to submit the form.
