Non-profit account upgrade

Hello JotForm,

We have reached our monthly form submission quota and was wondering is there is a way to upgrade for a month versus a whole year.  We are a small non-profit and due overwhelming response to an available litter of puppies for adoption, our form submissions sky-rocketed over the course of the day.
