Paragraphs in the Terms & Conditions wifgets

I need to separate the text in the Term & Condition widget.  As now is just one huge paragraph hard to read. Need to make it is small chunks (small paragraph) for easy reading.

How I can do that?

In the Short Scrollable Terms widget, this is possible to leave empty lines, so they will be reflected in the terms text.
