Error message on submission form

every picture I uploaded shows an error on the confirmation message.  I have no idea if they uploaded or not.  Please advise.  Thanks

May we know if this is your form? If it's a form from someone else that you're trying to fill, we suggest to contact the form owner and explain the problem you've encountered with a screenshot if that's possible so it is easier for them determine what went wrong and fix it as soon as possible.

If you can also explain the error you've encountered with a screenshot (upload the screenshot in your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2381201), we will see if there's something we can do on our end. If not, we will try to reach out the form owner on your behalf so they can assist you.
