Issues with app and downloading a PDF

    We are using the app for our clients to fill out a COVID complaince form. After each use on one form I have to close out the app compleatly, and re open it and a lot of the time is freezed or gives me an error when the client is done filling out the form. I troed to download it into a file and it says it will be emailed to us, but when we click on the linmk it gives us an erroe that says - 404 the page you are looking for can not be found.

    I would recommend you to try using kiosk mode as this is designed to allow multiple submissions without the user going back to the form or reloading it, you will find more details on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/571-How-to-Use-Kiosk-Mode-in-JotForm-Mobile-Forms
