all addresses blocked, asked to contact Jotform. Fix provided previously not working. Anything else?

I checked your Email Alerts and I don't see any Notification created for your form? Did you removed it? Kindly review it.
Also, if you could provide to us the email address in question, we can check it in the bounce list.

Thanks mate, I tried a few times and cancelled everything. I read somewhere else that my problem might be that my address is on the bounce list. Thanks for your assistance, the team is doing a great job.

Your account email address is not in our bounce list. It should be fine to add notification email into your form.
