Hi,
I created a medical history form for my website. However, when I fill it in and test it out it keeps saying Please wait. It never submits the form.
Can you help me out? Thanks

Kindly edit the iframe embed code and replace the following:
sandbox="allow-scripts"
to
sandbox="allow-forms allow-scripts"

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Hi, thank you for the prompt response. I did as you said and I got he form on the page but its super long and it is making the page super long as well. How can I make it so that the client can view it either after clicking a button or make it so that the frame is a certain size and to view the rest of the form they have to scroll down.
Thank you for your help! Really appreciate it :)

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you trying to stretch the form height? You have to locate the code where you embedded the form and increase its iframe height.
Find the embed code and replace the height, see if that works for you.
