Wrong account upgraded. Requesting for a refund.

    - my account with all of my forms / lisanicolschnurr@gmail.com was supposed to be upgraded.


    -instead my second email was used for an upgrade /hello@thegoodgut.co


    I need to either merge these two accounts or ensure that the first account is upgraded and the forms are saved.

    I was able to locate the payment. Can you please login using Schnurr username and send us another cancellation request. This is just to make sure that the account owner is the one requesting the refund.

    Looking forward for your response.

    If you wish to cancel its subscription and request a refund, we need to verify that you're the account owner. Thus, please log in to your account/username Schnurr, create a new ticket to make such request, or simply log in to the said account and reply on this ticket.
