Uploading fillable pdf

If a survey participant completes a survey offline in the fillable pdf, is it possible to upload the completed pdf to compile with the online survey results? Or do they have to be entered manually? Hoping not because we have a very long survey :)

Unfortunately, the only way to be able to accept offline submissions is using the mobile app:

It is not possible to submit a fillable PDF without internet connection.

For reference though, can you please share how are you filling out the fillable PDF?

If I understand what happened correctly, you have downloaded the PDF Form in here: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/201180598566058

Then you've sent that to your customers to fill out, for which they email you the filled out file afterwards.

If this is the case, please note that your customers themselves or anyone (including you) can submit the fillable PDF as long as it is opened using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
