Issue with forms compiling into one email.

    Hi


    I have an issue with one of my forms "Get a quote"

    For some reason, the emails we are getting from these forms are all linked and not individually like we are getting in other forms ( see attached )


    Need help to configure this to work like other forms, while we getting each email individually, just like " new order" form.

    The notification is configured correctly and the notification is sent every time a submission is made so compiling jotform email is not possible. I think the issue is related to the email service you are using. Can you please tell us what mail box you are using?

    You can also contact your service provider and ask them why all emails are compiling into one.

    This should be due to the Subject line which is having the same text for all emails. Gmail usually groups all the emails with the same subject line by default. You may try adding a unique field in the email notification subject line so that they shall be displayed separately.

    Alternatively, you may also disable the Conversation view in the Gmail settings.

    My issue with mac emails and PC, we are not using Gmail as a platform

    Just to clarify, you have a Google email but you are using the Mac's Mail app?

    If yes, based on my search on the internet, you can disable conversation view in the Mail app as well. You may refer to their support page regarding email conversation below:
