Trying to have data from a Jotform sent to a Google Sheet

    I have a ballot  form to be used for on-line elections.  It will show a picture, name of candidate and a "yes" "no" vote for the candidate.  I want the two fields (name and vote) to be sent to the Google Sheet.  There will be five or more candidates  (could be as many as ten) on the ballot.  Presently, only the 1st candidate and vote is being sent to the Google Sheet.  What do I need to do to get all candidates names and votes from every submission onto that Sheet?

    All answers should be sent to Google Sheets. However, as per checking, you don't have a No option, so if user does not select Yes, then nothing will be sent to your sheets. If you want to have a No synced to your sheets, please add a No option.

    The names however, should all be sent to your sheets.

    Kindly remove your Google Sheets and re-integrate. If the issue persists, kindly enable permissions to your sheets so we can take a look at it. Then, we would like to make test submissions on your form.
