I just saw that missed some e-mails. I tried to send a test e-mail, but it says that my e-mail is blocked. See attached screenshot. These e-mails are vital to my business. Could you explain why this happened and please take me off this list.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. We have a problem with our Mail System that caused this email blocking to happen. Our developers are now working on this issue, and they're doing their best to fix this ASAP.
This problem will also affect your form notification if your current settings are using the "Email" field as the "Sender Email" so with Auto Responder Settings if you are using your custom email addresses. To avoid not receiving email notification problems and from listing your email address to our bounce list, please consider the following changes to your form notifications and auto responders:
For Email Notification, set it like this:
For Auto Responder:
This will switch the sending method to another source, and it is supposed to be more reliable.
Furthermore, I have now removed your email address from our bounce list.
If you have another email address as the form recipient, please let us know as well so we can check and remove them from our bounce list, if they have been listed there.
