How to show filled out forms after submission

    Hello,

    How do you get paragraphs and other words in the application to show up after its been filled out? When a submission comes back all it is is the fillable fields that they filled in. We want to be able to print it and file it.

    The URL is how I want it to show up with the words etc And the screenshot is of how it is showing up when it comes back.

    To clarify, you wish to show submission data exactly as how the form looks like?

    If so, you can download a PDF format of it:

    If you wish to include a PDF attachment of the form after submission, you may do that in your email notification settings.
